There is no issue before us relative to the propriety of application of the comparative negligence doctrine nor as to the propriety of the instructions to the jury. The sole issue is whether, under the evidence adduced, reasonable people could have found the defendant, appellee Jacobs, free of negligence proximately causing or contributing to the causing of the accident resulting in the injuries sustained by the minor Andrea Nanette Thompson.
